2 cups of rice
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup picante sauce
1 diced onion
1 can of rotel
1 packet of enchilada seasoning
cook the rice and set aside. Brown turkey and onion together. Add one can of rotel,picante saue. Add rice and combine with meat mixture. Place in 9x13 dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
bake at 350 for 15 min
serve with chips and sour cream and guacamole
